Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and branding of ElaraTalks are the property of ElaraAI. Generated media belongs to you, but you grant us a non‑exclusive license to host excerpts for service improvement.

Limitation of Liability

ElaraTalks is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
